NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
1. The recipient must be an alumnus/a of High Point College/University.
2. The recipient cannot have previously received the same award.
3. The recipient must be available to accept the award in person during Alumni Weekend.
4. Current employees of High Point University and/or their spouse are not eligible.
MAKE A NOMINATION
Nominations are accepted from any alumnus or friend of the university. To make a nomination, please complete the nomination form and return with required supporting criteria by March 1, 2013 to High Point University, Office of Alumni Relations, Attn: Alumni Awards Committee, 833 Montlieu Ave, High Point, NC 27262; or fax to 336-841-4599.
